So just a thought, how much more hype would the Watchmen showing up in the DCU be if they didn't blow their load all over the media before the story ever began. I mean, imagine following along with rebirth, getting little hints here and there, (sans the button) and then eventually the big reveal hits, and suddenly, BOOM Doctor Manhattan. It would have blown my mind. But somehow knowing the big reveal before the story ever begins cheapens it. And I feel they keep doing this to try to reel people in. Every character death, every resurrection, every character brought in from another universe. There's never any mystery or big "Oh shit" moment, because they tell you all the important details of the story months to years before it ever unfolds.

I hopped onto DC comics and current comics in general with Rebirth. I'm really enjoying it.
I'm only following Batman because I like King and he's a big player in the DCU so I've only been reading Batman out of all the Bat Books. I bought Nightwing and Detective for Monster Men though.
Should I buy Flash to complete my Batman #20? Just so incase I wanted to lend to a friend they'll have the full Button story?
