1.) Writers keep forcing her to be in slice of life bullshit instead of letting her be a badass hard hitting sci-fi heroine.

I don't know who I'd trust to turn Carol into a horrifying yet compelling, and oddly sympathetic at times, character outside the Illuminating Comics guy.

Storm is tied up in the X-Men and She-Hulk is too tied to Hulk; Marvel doesn't have movie rights for either. Or for Sue Richards.
