That's from the movies. The old Red Skull was for a couple of decades, inside a cloned body of Steve, so yeah, it was nice seeing them actually fight.
This one is Remember's clone skull, he didn't have anything beyond Xavier's brain, and they watsed that plot point so many times it's aggravating.
