There's a Halloween one as well as Dennis' Birthday Party as far as big crossover comics go, usually putting Dennis as the natural bad guy to the other Beano kids.

The Treasure Map one is for sure the best one though. It lets the "Beano Trinity" of Dennis, Minnie and Roger get a proper showing as true antagonists against the Bash Street Kids, who while misbehaving kids themselves, play better good guys than those three due to their school camaraderie.

It's a shame these things aren't more readily available online.

Originally, there was one Dennis. When the Beano Crisis event happened, continuity was changed and all the characters got new modern stories. These were explicitly not in-canon with pre-BC stories. Post-BC, Dennis now has a dad who is clearly intended to be the Dennis from pre-BC. None of the other characters aged in this way, pre-BC Dennis is the lone exception. Eventually, they explained this with the Infinite Menace storyline, where it was revealed that Tim Traveler had pulled pre-BC Dennis into a hypertime chamber where he had experience an entire life. He grew up, married Minnie and had a child. When Tim Traveler's bike was destroyed by Fatty Fudge, the Hypertime chamber collapsed and time merged Pre-BC Dennis' experiences with the Post-BC world. He became the father of Post-BC Dennis and is now married to a new character called Winking Winnie who has been retconned into the Pre-BC world via flashback. Pre-BC Dennis has all his memories of what he did prior to the BC, but does not know that it occurred and is unable to recognise the recurring elements present in his son's life. It is theorised that, similar to the character of Winnie, there now exists in Pre-BC Dennis' memories, an entirely new cast of alt-Beano characters created by the merging of Dennis' memories and the new timeline. The fact that Billy Whizz has time travelled and met Willy Blitz, seems to confirm the theory.

It's convulated but we've been assured that the up-coming Bash Street Final Civil War II event will clarify the new state of continuity. Leaks suggest that Biffo punched the crack in time that was created when Calamity James rode Tim Travelers bike during Zero Calamity. It's possible this will explain how Bea went from being Pre-BC Dennis' sister to being his daughter because there was no daughter during his experience in the hypertime chamber.

It's unclear. Supposedly, all events before the BC are non-canon which should include Softest Night. However, Dennis (note that this is the post-BC Dennis who definitely did not experience Softest Night) remembers Pie Face's death and believes Cuthbert to be a Panseyhunter when they first meet. Both of these memories suggest that Softest Night is canon. But, Rasher does not yet exist in the new universe and given his central role in Softest Night, it is unclear how it could have occurred without him. They're so different because they're for different audiences. US Dennis was a newspaper strip, it's bland inoffensive humour for middle class adults to have a sensible chuckle over. Most likely, however, is that Ken Harrison, the man put in charge of redesigning him in 2004, probably didn't like her and so stopped using her in the stories. Happens a lot in comics. New creative teams get rid of the shit they don't like, regardless of how much people liked it.

Same reason why the Young Justice kept getting and dropping team-members over their run, because new writers didn't like the character, or why Teen Titans GO! is devoid of anything good, because the writers think that their crappy in-jokes are what is most important.
