I get the general idea but whoever designed it tried too hard to balance between the original style and making it look ...functional? up to date? Problem is Megaman's classic look is blue spandex and smooth rounded accessories and the level of detail they tried adding to it was the wrong way to go

Hard to have a solid opinion on a cartoon show when all we have so far is some preview of the (rather poorly done) art-style and a few very basic status quo plot points for the show to follow.

For all we know the pacing and writing will basically make it 2018's gargoyles
