So was the "Dog" just a retarded Gargoyle that couldnt talk or walk so he ran around on all 4's? Uncle that got hit in the head too many times and got brain damage?

Or was he a subspecies of Gargoyle that they kept as pets? He seemed almost sentient at times. Would it be like a human having a chimp sidekick?

They showed his "parents" in the comic but it feels like something Greg wanted to make up for. I always thought it was just an anomalous birth akin to the likelihood of having twins. And thanks to the no true parent mentality there's no shame to it.

I love Gargoyles.

Season 1 was amazing

Season 2 started out amazing, went down in quality with the Avalon arc, but it was still good, and then ended great after the Avalon arc ended.

Season 3 sucked.

Despite it's flaws, Gargoyles is the greatest series ever!

Also, Lexington and Brooklyn are great characters
