Can someone tell me what the Scooby-Doo fandom is like in general?

Which I'm actually quite grateful for. Im not even a big scooby doo fan, I dont really care about it one way or the other, but I'm happy theres not some insane group of people always obsessing about it and ruining the show for people. Fandoms are fucking awful.

I think it's like Looney Tunes or most older cartoons, in that they have a HUGE mainstream presence so their "normal" fans far outnumber the entire adult fanbases of most modern cartoons.

Some weirdos were probably drawing porn of Shaggy fuckin' Scooby in their sketchbooks, but this was before the internet so they had no means of sharing/validating their experience with one another.
