Danny had some good demonstrations of his strength when it came to punching mostly. I think his greatest feat of phyiscal prowess was throwing a huge dragon ghost.
Also using his latent powers was quickly able to adapt to new abilities.
Id say jenny has him beat with phsyical strength but his ghost abilites would make him unable to really get punched easily.

Shit, thanks my nigga, I've actually did some calculations a while ago on Jenny's supposed strength for fun and I came up with around ~150,000 tons based on some measurements.

Unless Jenny has prep time to battle a being with intangibility, Danny wins. Can Jenny create force fields? That might be able to keep Danny from coming using his intangibility to rip her circuits out.
