Let's have a comfy midweek Morrison/Hypercrisis thread, anons!
I've been thinking a lot recently about how many Morrison concepts are rarely used or stay unused: many worlds of the Multiversity, Justice Incarnate, Manhattan Guardian, the Ultramarine Corps, the characters of One Million, almost no one touched Batman Inc, the Super Young Team, the Great Ten and many others.
Why do you think that is? Are other writers afraid of touching or ruining them? I recall an interview where Morrison said he would be happy if someone played with his toys. How would YOU use them?
Pitch your idea

I've used that image in the OP because this recent cover reminded me of it

Also, because it was fun last time: roll for the Earth you'll get accidentally transported to!
(Check the last two numbers of your post; if it's higher than 51, substract 52)
Rollin' for Mary Marvel Earth...
What's the best way to read this series, bros.
Reading the various titles as they're interwoven, ex: Guardian 1, Klarion 1, Whomever Else 1, Guardian 2...
Or, each mini, then the next. ex:
Guardian 1-5, Clarion 1-5
Thanks.
The Great Ten play a side role in New Super-Man, but to be honest I don't really find anything of value in either them or the Super Young Team. To me both teams seem vaguely caricaturish.
The Manhattan Guardian I think is an idea that has steam though.
I want to see something done with Earth 47.
It just looks so comfy and fun.

Definitely interwoven, I'd say. Finding all the various ways the issues cross-rely on each other is half the fun of 7 Soldiers.
>oh look this thread again
>>91307200
I read them interwoven until I accidentally skipped an issue of Mister Miracle. Then I gave up and just started reading them all in one go.

damn, he looks so old here
Morrison was always a sly, handsome bastard, but he has a puffy old man face now
where did all the time go? ;_;
>>91308008
He looks very good for 57.
>>91308008
Dude that picture is 5 years old. I bet he looks even older now.

>his nemesis Millar effortlessly broke into Hollywood and producers are lining up to make his comics into movies, which Morrison have been trying to do unsuccessfully for decades
>his other nemesis Moore has the more critically acclaimed works
what went wrong?
>>91308795
Morrison is not casual friendly, simple as that.
Millar is, and Moore is the pleb filter (muh watchmen).
