so yes, the Inhuman in charge of PR and welcoming ambassadors to New Attillan has no way of even noticing if she's using her powers to whammy every potential opposition the Inhumans have encountered into being more approving of them than the would be.

You may also remember discussions that not only did the Inhumans park their flying city in US Airspace and declare themselves a sovereign power (a stunt that, last time someone pulled, saw the USA invading Asgard), not only have they been flying from nation to nation to seize custody of foreign citizens, the Inhumans engaged in a campaign of terrorism against US Citizen Tony Stark, in response to his 'crime' of acting within his capacity as a sanctioned Avenger to retrieve US citizen Ulysses from where he was being unlawfully detained in a flying city unlawfully parked in US airspace,
oh sure the one who blew up Stark Tower was 'acting alone', but that was still only the cherry on top after the Royals sanctioned basically a jihad on Tony to ruin him in every part of his life they could.

ad the punishment for this absurd interntional incident was the Inhumans handed over the SHIELD only the specific inhuman who blew up the tower, and otherwise got off with a slap on the wrist.
