This event had consequences that lasted until the ANAD era.

problem was it was actually two events. the red onslaught and the inversion that came after. the intelligent thing would be to have slowly revealed the inversions after the conclusion of RO, but they just threw twist after twist into a single monthly event and robbed it of any impact.

I think Havoc and Sabertooth are still inverted.

Doom's castle was destroyed after Secret Wars plus Victor decided he wanted to do good in the world. Somewhere amidst all that Skull either escaped or was let go by Doom himself.
