Whatever happened to this?

Its an indie series so it doesn't stick to an schedule. The last issue was in december so we should be concerned

Good is subjective, but I have to wait and see till the end. Turns out Tomboy's (can't remember her real name) powers are from gods.

I don't know. Last issue a bunch of info got dumped, and it sort of feels like maybe the story jumped up in scale, and is leaving Addison behind. Since issue 7 her agency in the story has been dimished and she feels more like a pawn being sacrificed.

Issue 10 makes me feel disconnected from the whole story, it's too big all of a sudden, the motivations are grandiose and convoluted and some of the humanity of the story has been lost?

Haven't read it in a bit so here's a rant of what's what.
the Plants the drugs are made from are either the gods all eldritch style or the gods made the plants. The whole power thing is hereditary and such there's also family's with different power sets kinda a secret world governing thing. Her ghost seem to be her god's proxy guiding her to some darker things.
