Can we all agree that this was better than the original? I'm really glad they decided to go with a boys-and-girls style demographic. I'm no action cartoon fan, and I'm certainly no weeb, but they really did a good job with the fight scenes and making the Girls look strong, like when the attack that broke Bubbles' arm in the original did nothing here. Glad they removed Bellum, too, she was superfluous when the Mayor already existed. Dumb as a sack of rocks, too.

Ash is cool and it was nice to see him grow, but if there's anything /co/ knows it's nostalgia can't last forever, so I thought the contrast between him and Ethan in the Johto season was a real breath of fresh air.
