From what I remember 101 Dalmatians 2 (not to be confused with the live action 102 Dalmatians), Extremely Goofy Movie and the two Cinderella sequels were all genuinely decent. Especially Cinderella 3 which goes all Back to the Future Part 2 in the weirdest ways. The rest are mostly mediocre to garbage.

Finally! Someone who agrees! I have a serious thing for adventure stories over romance flicks that take place in just one location. Aladdin's climax was awesome, don't get me wrong, but King of Thieves had some great locales, plus some added connections to mythology like the Hand of Midas, which happened to be responsible for one of the best Disney villain deaths in their history. Can't beat getting turned into a solid gold statue with a muffled scream.

Worst: Lion King 3 or whatever nonsensical title they gave it. The only one to go out of its way to rip apart the original piece by piece with the two worst characters in the Disney canon.

There were a few direct-to-video sequels that came out nearly back to back that seemed to have almost the exact same plot (kids rebel against their parents which gets them into trouble, heartwarming reunion after they're rescued) that were equally awful. Lady & the Tramp and Little Mermaid were 2 I can remember that follow this, maybe Lion King 2 as well, I don't recall it very well.

Aladdin and the King of Thieves and Cinderella: A Twist in Time were, I felt, legitimately good kid's movies even if they aren't as good as the originals. I'd tentatively say that Lion King II was pretty good also.

The worst of the sequels is a much broader category, but I think the absolute worst three were probably Cinderella 2, which wasn't so much a film as a bunch of not very good shorts, Mulan II, and Hunchback of Notre Dame II, which was by far the worst of them all.

I at least liked the plot better than the first movie. Also Sylvia was a good love interest for Goofy, Roxanne was just some generic nice girl. I also feel like it's less dated. The 70s/80s stuff were throwbacks even when it came out, only the X-Games stuff were of that era whereas the first movie reeked of delicious 90s.
