Yeah, I'm one of the biggest Heathcliff fans on the board and even I don't like the Sunday strips.

It's not that he doesn't speak, it's just that we never hear him speak. Every Heathcliff comic (sans the sunday strips which can get a bit wonky since it uses word bubbles instead of the quote at the bottom) uses the format of one character in the background commenting on what's going on to another character, but since Heathcliff is the protagonist, he's never the one doing the commenting.

Where is the joke? How is this funny?
