Best part was they actually did it instead of making some shit up like it was a metaphorical ghost rider but it was actually a guy with a mask who wore an asbestos suit.

I was okay with it.
In retrospect the flimsy clear shield and inaccurate costume bugs me but at least they fixed the suit in the sequel.
