the trick would be, like any shows, don't rely on one underlying lynchpin of commentary as your primary narrative foundation.

They should instead focus on copshow Cliches and basically have it be like Filmore but with talking animals.

I don't support a TV Show, quality in animation is less in a TV show and to be honest it'll be focused to a younger audience and neither the humor or the theme that will be the main focus in the show will be less "big" than if there was a Zootopia 2. And I want fucking WildeHopps in a sequel, if there's a TV Show there'll be no Wildehopps by loads of stuff. So no TV show for you.
