If I had it the way that I want it would by a Hype who was at one time evil, but saw the error of his ways, now he's trying to get his team of villains to do the same, but Moonstone is fucking with his head.

Back to basics. Villains reinventing their gimmicks and costumes so that they can pretend to be heroes.

Thunderball - only using the chain part of his wrecking ball. New Power Man
Overdrive - limits himself to only upgrading motorcycles. New Phantom Rider
Whirlwind - with new tech armor that lets him channel his spinning into traditional superspeed.
Deadly Nightshade - steals the Warwolf Gene Package from SHIELD and uses it to turn herself into a werewolf at will. New Wolfsbane
Scorpia - Gets wings, keeps the tail and goes with a dragonfly/wasp theme instead.

The Leader would be Taskmaster as the new Citizen V
