How can anyone complain about Batman being the center of DC when the MCU has changed Marvel history to accommodate RDJ? Fuck this movie.

I don't remember the Vulture ever having a vendetta against Tony Stark because of muh family.

1. Iron Man is basically full of CGI now
2. They had to spend half their budget just to pay RDJ to show up
3. Mousketeers will go see it regardless, they don't care.

To be fair, Tony Stark's pretty damn competent without the armor. He's got more combat chops than most special forces operators.

The whole point he's trying to make to Peter is that if he seriously thinks he's nothing without the suit, then why is he even bothering being Spiderman?
>>
>>91149921
I dont remember the Vulture having a vendetta against Spider-Man when he became a villain either faggot.

Spider-Man is inconsequential to why Vulture is a villain.
>>
>>91149732
It's actually pretty accurate to Amazing Spider-man issue 1, believe it or not. In that one, Spider-man broke into the Fantastic Four building to audition for the team, but it turned out they weren't recruiting. It just happened that Chameleon was breaking into their tower that day, so Spider-man stopped him and got his first super villain.

Iron Man's the most popular hero right now instead of the Fantastic Four, so it was adjusted accordingly. Now Spider-man's first super villain is a guy he stopped during an attack on Iron Man.
>>
>>91149984

Why do people say the trailer spoiled the movie?

The movie just showed the set up
>peter tries to overreach and fails
>tony drops him on his ass
>peter has to make it on his own, against vulture

The boat will probably be in the first 30 mins.
>>
It's sad that the MCU is so successful people just want it to fail for the sake of it failing.

I'm getting flashbacks of Civil War, so this movie will probably be sgood and Tony will be the wbest character.

Vulture is literally holding a halloween mask. it is not iron man's actual helmet, it is a kids costume in the movie
>>
>>91151916
>and probably this Vulture will use Peter as a way to bring Stark into his wings
If the spoilers posted here are true, Vulture starts seeking revenge against Stark, and as Peter foils his plans repeatedly he grows a hateboner for him which ends up in the battle where Peter is using his old suit against him.

tl;dr Vulture starts as a "stark villain" ends up as a spidey villain
>>
>>91152128

That's called synergy. The only big change was Star-Lord's early days being retconned into an alt-universe, but no one cares about early Star-Lord.

IronMan 3 is in the top 10 highest grossing movies of all time. Yes that awful crappy quippy movie is one of the high sellers in cinema history. So if that's what RDJ can do then why wouldn't they center their universe around him you dummy?
>>

This is what dickheads actually believe. Just because they eat shit they think people who don't are talking big.
After the shit plans for Ant-man and Ultron I didched the entire MCU and only came back for Doctor Strange because friends wanted to see a film.

MCU is trash and, for everyone who isn't enjoying it, you're trash for watching. If you watch things you aren't happy with you deserve more like it.

>How can anyone complain about Batman being the center of DC when the MCU has changed Marvel history to accommodate RDJ?
Pretty easily when the title of the Man of Steel sequel was Batman v Superman. Would it have killed them to make it Superman v Batman? Or hell, actually give Superman anything to do in the movie.
But yeah, the MCU's focus on Tony Stark is kind of a minor nitpick. It's not as big as the DCEU being complete shit, but yeah it can be a little annoying for like a split second.
>>
The reason is that the MCU isn't doing that well outside Iron Man and they know it. It's the only thing doing good. Threadly reminder than Civil War made less money than Iron Man 3, not even counting inflation

There's no denying the DCEU has used its biggest and most recognizable names to prop an otherwise flaccid cinematic universe with unilaterally amazing opening weekend turn outs followed by shocking theater attendance drop-offs once word of mouth gets out. This isn't mental gymnastics it's fact, WB is struggling to sell bad movies using A List character recognition where as Marvel is succeeding in selling B-C List characters using successful movies.
