Top Cat seems to be from a world where everyone is a cat (which isn't like the old cartoons since there were humans in it) so with the Howard the Duck references it seems like it's the cat-equivalent of Duckworld. Then again Duckworld was originally supposed to have other anthromorphic animals other than ducks but that's since been ignored.

Adam Strange/Future Quest seems like Rebirth-era Prime Earth meeting the Future Quest Earth
Booster Gold/Flintstones seems to take place in the same universe and it seems to incorporate Russell's Flintstones and Prez, plus imply Batman was around during 1966.
Suicide Squad/Banana Splits seems like it's a DCU that always had the Banana Splits in it.
And Green Lantern/Space Ghost seems like they're in the same universe.
