I think Jack and the Traveling Creatures is my personal favorite.
There are so many good ones it's hard to narrow it down.
Before season 5 was announced, any time I'd rewatch the series I'd always save this one for last just because the ending feels so natural for a series ending.

The pacing, the sounds, the visuals, the battle, how it all felt like an old japanese tale of legend, fucking perfection start to finish.
