He's more experienced in the Speedforce since he can create his own suit and theoretically do some stuff Barry can't.

Dick is always 5'10, Tim is up in the air since pre-n52 he was stuck at forever 5'5 but now he's at 5'9 Jason is 6' but he isn't full grown yet so I'm guessing he'll reach his pre'n52 height of 6'2. Damien is up in the air we've seen him twice fully grown on of those times he was shorter than Bruce. Also what's the criteria for manlet? If you take away northern europe the median height for the world is like 5'7 and it bumps up to 5'8 is you take away the pacific islands.

We're just working towards a story behind every character in the team, but Wally is still the most prominent member, with at least a meaningful scene every issue, even if it isn't an issue centered around him. Both were, Heretic was forced to grow faster inside a whale and all that.

And yes, Damian is Genetically modified too, his dad was already Peak human and the demon bloodline is fucked up in a good way, Talia enchanced him even more. Damian will be huge, but in my headcanon, i like to believe it's not that he is a late bloomer, but instead the ghul's blood just make him age slower so it will take more time to reach puberty.
