The same guy who has been fired from every job he has ever had, including the times when he was on top and making tons of money for Nick, they still booted him and pretended he was never a part of the show.

I cannot imagine there is much job security with this guy at all. He manages to find failure in the face of financial and commercial success because he just plain refuses to play ball with the companies signing his checks.
