It's effective, doesn't attract attention and is useful against anything with a brain be they superpowered or not.

I'd help people whenever it's convenient. But I'd also use it for personal gain and make myself rich (Not too rich though, I don't want the attention).

Life energy overload. Its like regeneration but wonkier.

Most of the time I have no powers. None. But after taking a greivous injury or dying, my body overflows with life energy and I heal back up a few minutes later, with some excess power to spare. This excess power makes me superhumanly strong and fast, but not for long.

If I die again while already charged up, I come back with exponentially more power. 2 deaths generally means energy arcing off of me that I can try and use as an attack, or try and focus into healing someone else.

But 3+ deaths is DANGEROUS. I cant control that sort of power, so it causes a lot of collateral. If I die 5 times in a row, Ill just straight up explode and might not ever reform.

So Im fine for low level fights or suicide missions, but im actually a liability against an A list villian that can just kill me until I turn into a bomb.
