So why does DC have better female heroes than Marvel?

Marvel women come in two flavors:
>Old School: Often times cry babies who turn into villains or are unable to do anything without moral support
>New School: Has multiple pages of characters telling you how awesome they are, nobody calls them on their bullshit no matter what they do. They are perfect

DC women tend to come in one or two extra varieties which are more tolerable. This doesn't mean they are strictly better on a case by case basis, but they are tend to be better characters on a broad level.

Everything about the chart is wrong for scale and "strength." Powergirl at the time wasn't kryptonian, so that is why her strength level is low compared to supergirl

The better question is why don't either of them have any good female heroes.
