Infinity war takes us through 2019, and the MCU is planned out until at least 2020.

Fox has until 2022 to start production on Fantastic Four.

Marvel has time to wait, but Fox has got to be getting nervous now that they're losing Jackman. F4 was obviously a train wreck, and Apocalypse was a major failure compared to DoFP and DP. They clearly don't know what they're doing, and every day we get closer and closer to seeing some kind of deal worked out like we have with Marvel and Spider-man.

We might not get F4 in the MCU, but Doom or Galactus is a real possibility.

If Phase 4 is movies after Avengers 4 then I hope there's no build up to another big bad guy. The movies in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 should totally have reoccuring villains. I think GotG and Thor 2 not having the same villain was a mistake. Either Malekith or Ronan used in both would have been better world building.
