Miles ended up in Earth-616, because Bendis clearly didn't give a shit about UU anymore, but still wanted to continue writing Miles. Well, that, and because Molecule Man put him there.
Maker's essence is actually split between all the Earths in the multiverse, after Molecule Man turned him into a Multiversal Pizza.
Oh, and Old Man Logan also found himself flung into 616, and his Earth from the future still exists.
So what I'm hoping for here, and this is probably putting too much hope into Bendis is that all his books will evetually converge into one story. Jessica Jones will contribute the refugee from the universe that was destroyed during Incursions to the story. He might break out of police custody and start gathering other refugees like him to enact his revenge on the heroes of 616, who he believes to have covered up the whole truth about billions, who perished during the Incursions.
Miles would obviously be involved as a refugee himself.
And the resolution of the story would come from Infamous Iron Man, where Bendis currently kind of continues the legacy of the Fantastic Four, with Doom, Maker and Grimm. The resolution would be that the OG Reed Richards and the Future Foundation would return form their restoration quest and reveal that all the Earths destroyed during Incursions were restored, whcih would effectively end the conflict.

IIRC Latour said Gwen was 19 but I can't remember if he said that before the issue with the bar.

This is funny considering how so many people gave Frank Cho shit for "sexualizing a teenager" and then tried to weasel their way out by saying 19 is definitely a teenager. Even though obviously they were trying to claim "teenager" to imply Cho was sexualizing a minor.

I don't know if any of the complainers gave Bendis shit for pairing a 16 year old with a 19 year old though.
