It's legitimately good, it's jokes and animation are fast paced but not so much that it becomes frantic.

Is it true that the writers/animators were high as fuck when they made this?
I remember someone mentioning that in a Dover Boys thread many moons ago but I was never able to find a secondary source to confirm/deny that.

I hate to pull the "lol what were they ON when they made this, DRUGS???", but I honestly wouldn't be surprised in this specific situation.
