That's like implying the first 4 Seasons were anything particularly bad. The entire ideal is basically about Jack making the best out of a immensely bad situation. Even with the whole world changed to corruption with everyone against him, the viewer realizes it's not as black and white as it seems, due to the people he meets and the places he visits. You can do that without having it be an adult theme.

All Season 5 really did was display that he can no longer make the best of it and only an adult theme can show how fucked up the decades have changed him.

Nah man, I just think they like to display the intensity of combat. Nudity, outside of sex, is always seen as vulnerability, and even within sex it is seen like that sometimes. Jack only loses his clothes in episodes where the violence really gets close to him. It's another way to induce the audience's concern for Jack; whether consciously or subconsciously, he does look to be in greater peril when the clothes fall off.

I've got it figured out, they're Jacks'

GRANDAUGHTERS Jack boned Aku as Ikra, cultist mother lady was born from the union, Aku ignores her because the whole situation is awkward as fuck, later she has kids and is determined to get them to kill Jack because she has daddy/mommy issues on a scale beyond human comprehension.

The Timeline works out, the episode with Ikra was in Season 1, so shortly after Jack arrives in the past, assuming the Dughters are late teens early 20s, that'd mean she had them in her late 20s early 30s and is 50 ish now.

My only issue so far is Aku's characterization in the new season.

I think the way they introduced him was way too much comical. Aku has always been an interesting villain because he's the perfect balance of a comedy relief and a smart villain. Considering the new season's direction, definitely darker than the previous four seasons, Aku being introduced in a so comical way made him look less treatening as a villain in my eyes.

Aku's daughters are much more treatening as villains than Aku right now.
