Haven't seen this (X-men anime?) but I can totally see Emma using that outfit when she's trying to be a teacher. Always liked the idea that she is a queen bitch to most people but she does genuinely care for her students.

Do so its pretty underrated. Probably the best of the Marvel Anime series (haven't seen blade)
