I understand the animation for this show in general was off-looking, but I don't recall the other characters having eyes like that!

They put all of their effort into the songs instead of the dialogue and plot.

She was a reskin of Diddy Kong. They reused models constantly. Candy Kong was the only one who didn't reuse Diddy or Donkey's model, and there was only about five or so Kremlin models that they used.
