The new season seemed off to me. Lot of awkward pauses. Likely trying to fill their new 11 minute air time. And every episode was just a callback to a previous one. As if it's been so long since the last season that they can make us feel nostalgic.

I miss when this show was popular. Nowadays these threads get 30 posts and die. I guess that's what two and a half years of hiatus does to a show.

basically youtube used to pay you per view, but people set up this cheater method of funneling clicks (especially hidden links and misleading whatever) so even though people only viewed for a second, they got money
so youtube changed it to paying per viewed minute, which obviously meant for short videos they had to go WAY down in price, because otherwise long videos would make TOO much money. Essentially what used to be relatively equanimitous across different types of creators, whether short cartoon makers who update once every few weeks, long cartoon makers who update every few months, or people making simple short live videos that update daily... was no longer equal at all, rewarding the simple often updates over the long-form stuff. it helped letsplays and killed cartoons (then they changed it again later and it hurt letsplays pretty badly too)

it's not BW's fault they disappeared, they had this contract that said Bee and Puppycat had to air first, and IT took for goddamn ever to finish up (Granted what we got in the end was higher quality than ever) even though BW was finished long ago
