That's not what he did. He actually devoted an entire scene to Angela going to see Sera as the first thing she does once back on Earth, and then Sera is mysteriously gone with no sign of where she went.

That Bendis actually acknowledged Sera's existence is shocking and above and beyond what Bendis usually does regarding supporting characters from solo books he didn't read. He didn't ignore her. This is his second to last issue. It largely doesn't matter. I'm assuming that what they're complaining about is that on his second to last issue where Angela is being written out anyways, instead of just having her go and get a "happily ever after until she's used by another writer" with her running back to Sera and their apartment, he explicitly made it so she was gone and didn't wait for Angela, leaving Angela's current post-Bendis status "trans girlfriend breaks up with her, leaving her alone in a strange world" rather then "and Angela and Sera live happily ever after like how her solo ongoing ended." That's still a classic Bendis move. The final fuck you to the unwashed on his way out like he always does. He makes Bobby gay with one hand and removes a Trans character with the other.

This is law in the Bendisverse and the only winning move is not to play.

Their payrate is low, there's only a small handful of overworked and underpaid staff and editors who all work out of a small office and rely on unpaid interns. Even if they don't make that much money, they're barely spending any money on them and they're still leading the market even if the gap has become significantly shorter thanks to Rebirth killing it. Marvel Comics don't make much money because they're comics, first and foremost. Ike's money comes from merchandising and poor working conditions for his employees.
