If I had to put my money down, I'd put it on Eve dying. Mark is too easily overwhelmed, and the prospect of him raising Terra on his own seems sweet, but compelling. Eve and Terra already learned how to live without Mark though. I question whether even Kirkman has the rocks to be able to tread into the radioactive wasteland that remains after DC killed Liam in Cry for Justice. I mean, single parents can still have a full life with a small void from the loss of their sig other, but the loss of a child? That fundamentally ruins people for the rest of their lives. I think on some level, Kirkman wants to wrap up Invincible with Mark being able to reflect back on the trials and tribulations he's gone through while still being able to look to his future with hope and optimism, even if they run with a strain of bitter-sweetness. If he takes Terra from them though, Invincible immediately becomes a damn tragedy.
