New 52 Lex, and Rebirth Lex aren't "evil" just really fucked up. Lex was wrong about Superman and even said so. He's not Post-Crisis Lex who could have become a God if he just let his hatred of Superman go, and so didn't become a god because he hates Superman that much.

New Super-Man is the Chinese Superman, and everyone should be reading it because it's one of the best Rebirth titles.

Lex has primarily been in Action Comics, which I still enjoy but I'll admit it's one of the weaker Rebirth titles. Though not as bad as Superwoman.
