So there was a part drawn just like Richie Rich / Damage Control?
>>90671860
more or less
Always been a cool character. I like the OG white version but I wouldn't mind seeing Renee Ramirez take over
>>90674265
>>90674293
>>90674293
Why havent we seen her in recent times? I remember reading some of her comics but never really dwelled into it. All I remember is that its by Marvel and the artist did that child abuse spiderman comic I think
Adam Warren Teen Titans.
>>90674184
Read Cave Carson
*teleports behind you*
>>90674755
I think this character had a more definitive ending to her story and was going to grow up t be nightmarish looking because her pretty form is like the larval form of her alien species. I think no one bothered to come up with a stupid plot device to prevent her aging or a retcon to undo her back story so she doesn't get used because Marvel creators don't have a healthy appreciation of horror waifus.
Speaking of such, have my horror husbando, he's fairly obscure, too despite all his Wolverine and Sabretooth conections.
>>90674977
I have a weakness for semi-misanthropic human experiment victims.
Criminally under used character.
Is he obscure?
>>90675274
I miss all the 2099 X-Men nearly all of them had really cool designs or powers
>>90675476
Agreed. Except the guy who just runs fast, but he was ok. I also loved LaLunatica. Definite waifu material. It's such a shame marvel did that whole end of the world event where they condensed the entire 2099 line into one very shitty book. The mid 90's were a heartbreaking time to become a new Marvel fan. So much great stuff one year and the next everything I was actually reading was cancelled.
It also absolutely killed me that X-Nation didn't get enough time to develop. That was actually a pretty good teen super book... Post Apocalyptic New Mutants in a futuristic world of horrors.
>>90674803
Adam Warren anything is great. I should hate all the weeaboo clichés, but somehow it's all just really charming.
>>90674803
the only time the Teen Titans has ever been good
Sadira, from the "Aladdin" TV series.
>>90671992
Why is Supes so girly?
Princess Aura from the 70's Flash Gordon cartoons was great. She was a hot dom who dressed like a slut all the time, she had her own personality unlike Flash's actual love-interest and she went out of her way to save Flash's life several times at great risk to herself, unlike the actual love-interest who spent her time mooning over Flash and getting rescued.
Aura's great.
I used to really like Psycho Pirate.
>>90675983
Its was also a great Batman story.
>>90675160
Poor France.
>>90675699
I have only seen her show up twice, once so Dr. Voodoos brother could kill her and once in Avengers Academy. What's her personally like?
a Cybernetic, supernatural, Chainsaw-armed anti hero. Whats not to love?
>>90670352
>Dream Girl
>obscure
I dunno, that seems a little questionable. Yeah, the Legion certainly doesn't enjoy the "kicked Superboy out of his own book" popularity as they used to, but people still know of them, and Nura's a very prominent member of their ranks. Computo II? Now she's obscure.
>>90670507
>this trolling
That's what you get for being a salty little bitch, Jan.
On that subject though, am I the only one who's confused about why everyone was being pissy about Nura being leader? She was quite effective, and didn't make any real mistakes, and yet a bunch of other Legionnaires were acting like she was being an asshole, when she was stern, yet actually quite diplomatic about her orders. Goddamn, that was some bullshit that made no sense.
>>90678475
at least she had those DC animated shorts.
If I ran Marvel Satana would be pushed hard. I love this fuzzy legged cutie.
>>90678243
she's a mean girl with magic powers
a bully
>>90678700
That never went anywhere despite winning the poll, even with Teen Titans fans trying to rig it thinking they would get a new season for the show instead of GO.
DC should push her more, she could be a great tween, teen and young adults character if she was given a shot. Maybe a PG Game of Thrones thing mixed with Basara (google it) could be a great seller
>>90679996
>Teen Titans fans are why we have TTG
>>90678475
DC magical girls should be an ongoing

also a Gemworld series to explore cool stuff

>>90680658

>>90674803
Wyatt actually wanted to use them in the cartoon. There's character designs he did for them on his blog and everything; Witchie Poo basically looks like Sari.
Speaking of, it's kind of a shame the Livewires were never really used after their mini. I think Warren used Gothic Lolita not too long ago in one of the random 100 pg Deadpool books but that's it.
She's not obscure now in her New 52/Rebirth form (which is basically a different character), but I'll always love her classic form best.
But seriously, where is Vrill Dox and the L.E.G.I.O.N.?
They would be perfect for the current galactical status quo since most cores are basically in ruins now.
>>90681065
i couldnt stand new 52 legion
they need to all come back in cartoon form
blease god
>>90671992
I love Bobby Badoing.
>>90680323

There's no good clips of her scene in the movie.
One day, my obscure friends, one day.
>>90683626

i got plenty
>>90680866
wasn't she the chick from pyro's brotherhood?
>>90683858
>>90683728
From top to bottom, left to right:
-La Bandera, a Cuban mutie that teamed up with Wolverine once
-Elejea, Medusa's handmaiden and bodyguard
-The Wraith, Jean DeWolff's brother and sort of supervillain
-Grizzly, member of Cable's mercenary group
-Reverb, member of the first Gene Nation
-Darkstar, Ruskie superhero, actually the second to hold the title
-Impulse, member of the Sh'iar Imperial Guard
What the hell do all these guys have in common? They're all dead. That's all I'll say for now lest I render a certain thing unpublishable.
>>90683886
>>90683947weren't you planning on doing a fan comic or something with them a while back?
>>90684063
Nah, I think you're confusing two different projects of mine, one is awebcomicthat has nothing to do with DC/Marvel, the other is a risky, oh so very unlikelypitch

>>90684525Thank you very much, my man. I'm gonna need it. Oh god there's no turning back now

Was she the one who got killed when Medusa fucked up a teleport via that Door guy and then buried him in the harbor?
Black Tarantula
>>90678475
did this lead to the creation of SU?
>>90680876
I kind of hate that we now live in a universe where Ambush Bug is obscure.
>>90681952
Did they ever actually pin down whether she was a mutant human who turned into a cat or vice versa?
>>90685405
Yeah. I've only been conceptualizingda pitchso far, but she's actually been one of the more interesting characters in the whole bunch, maybe (probably) because she's such a blank slate, but she's also allowed me to explore the politics of the Inhumans, and what makes them such cold, unfeeling, weirdo bastards.
>>90678475
There's so much potential with her but DC will never realize it anytime soon.
>>90678700
>>90679996
I'm still fucking mad that we'll never get an actual Amethyst show.
>>90678641
A lot of never fans (and batfags) have no idea who they are and if they do they usually only know about the founders, Brainiac 5 Mon-El and a few other members. So not totally obscure but not very well known either.
>>90681065
Idk mate. It would have been perfect to introduce them during Edge of Oblivion as another uprising police force alongside the Sinestro Corps but apparently that's too easy.
>>90687472

>Except the guy who just runs fast, but he was ok.
He was one of my favorites actually. Nobody really used the codenames except him and I liked that he kind of embraced the idea of being a superpowered individual. It's really a shame that shit got so fucked with 2099 though; a pretty tightly plotted two year story like that isn't something you'll get out of Marvel nowadays and there were obvious hooks afterwards that needed to be dealt with (Brimstone Love, that anarchist group Krystalin fought) that they weren't able to.

>>90683858
Fuck yeah, Hans von Hammer.
>>90685400
What's the context of your picture?
>>90689755
That's Lyrl Dox/Brainiac 3, the son of Vril Dox II (who doesn't use the Brainiac 2 name) and Stealth. Stealth raped and murdered Vril to conceive Lyrl (he got better) and at the end of the comic they decided to go live together to raise their son for some reason. He's an ass, she's a cunt and they hate each other.
The pic should be from Showcase '96 IIRC. They would later part ways so Vril could go run his mercenary organisation and Stealth could go raise Lyrl in the jungle.

About the pitch or the webcomic?I can't really say much more about the pitch for legal reasons. Suffice to say, if I ever make it big you'll find that crazy bunch of misfits in your nearest comic book shop, and if I become a bitter failure, you'll get the full story here in /co/ haha.About the webcomic I'd rather not talk about much for a couple of reasons: first off, I'm not very comfortable shilling my own stuff, and secondly, I'm hoping to use this comic as a springboard of sorts for an actual career in writing, so I'd rather not be explicitly associated to the hacker known as X-Anon, poster of pirated comics, if that's okay.
>>90691063That's quite all right, X-Anon.Best of luck!
