Story time! Featuring Jack Kirby's Race for the Moon from 1958
gotta love these vintage ads
End of the first story of the issue. Should I continue? Anyone reading this? Anyone care?

I'm reading and I care. I guess keep pumping out pages until it catches people's attention? Pic unrelated

Cool, I'll keep going. The only problem is I can't bump my own thread, so most people won't see it after it falls down the catalog a bit.

I've always wondered why comics stopped doin this. Is it because advertising for bigger products/companies makes more money or is it that these mail away things are defunct now? Point is I want that dinky little radio. The book itself has been quite enjoyable thus far though story time anon.

Cool stuff. Thanks OP! Bump
Couple of text pages. Then things get weird.
OK so now this is weird to me. I don't know how many /co/ people are familiar with the 1976 NASA Viking I Orbiter mission which took photos of Mars, most notably the famous "face on mars." But that was in 1976, and this comic came out in 1958. Very interesting to me and quite a find IMO.
here's the original photo my last post was referring to.
