The current possesor of the symbiote is some dude named Lee Price. At some point between the end of Space Knight and the beginning of the current Venom, Flash was separated from the symbiote. We don't know how or why yet. We'll find out in a backup story in Venom #150, which will be out in May. In the same issue the Venom symbiote will be reunited with Eddie Brock.

Reed has been putting people in the wrong universes when he rebuilt everything. People from the Ultimate universe are showing up in the 616 as an example. (Or maybe he just hated the ultimate universe so he just refused to rebuild it and shoved the citizens off to random universes.)
The problem there is that the Ultimate universe has a Gwenom and not Carnage.

I guess I have a few ideas, though not sure if they'd all fit in a mini series:

1. Could pick up on the Descent and Hell-Mark plotline that started in Bunn's Venom and still hasn't been resolved

2. Flash will return to being a supporting character in Amazing Spider-Man, which means Flash will be moving back to New York. Let's say he decides to take Andi with him. New York is pretty different than Philadelphia. Whereas in Philly her and Flash were the only superheroes, New York is FILLED with superheroes. It's sort of the superhero hub of the Marvel universe. I feel there is definitively some interesting potential that can arise from that for a Mania mini-series. There would also probably be some standard stuff, like her being the new kid at school and adjusting to a new environment, high school drama, all that jazz.

3. Jack O'Lantern. Have Andi face off against Jack O'Lantern but the REAL Jack, not the puppet version.

4. Carnage. I think it could be cool to see Andi face off against Carnage. Could be interesting. Carnage is stronger than Mania as well as being super sadistic.

5. Develop her own rogues gallery. Give Andi her own unique enemies. Though if this is going to be a mini-series then maybe just focus on creating and developing one enemy for her. Hopefully a really good enemy, like the Jack O'Lantern to her Agent Venom or the Carnage to her Venom.

So yeah I think that's all my ideas. Again they probably wouldn't all fit in a mini-series but one or a few could.
