Stop being contrarian this was a great starter to a potentially amazing season. However, I will admit it wasn't perfect, nothing is. Lets discuss what we didn't like and what we did. I liked the assassin, he was funny and it was especially interesting when he just died. Jack being emotionally scarred is also pretty cool, sad tho. The dog people were interesting and a new concept, only complaint is that they used heart instead of love, like nigger what you speak with words not emojis. The Aku cult sisters were cool as well, only thing I thought might be bad was Aku's voice, but it's alright to me, I didn't have too much of a problem. It's impossible to be 100% right, and it's not that far away from the real one so it's good enough imo

For all of his hallucinating and shit, I feel like just him turning away from the smoke and going his own way was much more of a demonstration of how fucked Jack is than the hallucinations

The past 4 seasons were entirely composed of him walking towards any possible danger others might be in
