I liked his Smallville adventures with his super forbidden romance with whatshername Lex's niece. He was seriously becoming a fantastic character in the last few years before the reboot. He had a few hiccups when Teen Titans started back up. A genuinely introspective young character on the track of becoming an adult is stupidly rare in DC comics.

How to bring him back? No idea. But he deserves to be back after he was utterly shafted by the new52

It's may take a while but some writer will decide to use the YJ cast eventually.

I think about a year from now when we're inevitably getting a new wave of Rebirths, we should be getting a Young Justice Rebirth to coincide with the cartoon finally getting its third season.

I think Superboy might come back as some sort of multiversal anomaly like how Wally did (IIRC the last issue of New 52 Superboy was some kind of crazy multiverse clusterfuck). The REAL Bart can get here from the past. Cassie can be moderately handwaved in the same way Donna was, and Tim will probably be back to life by then anyway.

Then add Kaldur who's already appearing in Teen Titans and Miss Martian and boom.
