Is there anybody who has bothered reading Daredevil pre Frank Miller?

No. No one has. Not even Frank Miller, or even the proof readers for all those issues decades ago. It's the the Shrodinger's cat of comics, are we even sure they exist since no one's read them? What a mystery.
