I'm one of those lunatics who actually enjoys the leveling part of MMO gameplay. I played from one to cap as a light side trooper and loved every second of it. Then I went on exactly one raid and said "fuuuuck this".

Considering how long it took to reach that level, plus the additional fun of tinkering with the agent and the kind of Jedi that gets a double lightsaber that I can't remember the name of right now, I feel it was still well worth the purchase and subscrip even if I didn't wind up scheduling my life around a raid guild like I did with WoW.

So I recommend it, as long as you're not an endgame enthusiast. Though, the endgame has probably totally changed by now anyway.

For Snoke, the loss of the Starkiller Base was as significant as his wins. His forces are no longer a secret to the galaxy at large. Those who used to laugh at the idea that The First Order was a threat are either dead or no longer laughing. The Cold War-style standoff is publicly over after the full-on assault on the Republic and the senate. The galaxy no longer views Snoke as someone that is irrelevant on the galactic stage. The galaxy knows he and his cronies are maniacal zealots and they should be feared for better or worse. The galaxy seems to mostly understand that the First Order is eventually coming to conquer its worlds and those worlds have to fall in line or resist. Most understand that war has returned and the perceived era of peace is over.

Rushed production.

Williams scoring the movie as they were filming as opposed to a mostly finished cut, didn't even eventually have all footage of the flick to score by, was forced to use some small local orchestra in LA instead of the LSO.


Basically, TFA's score was Williams being pressed for time and with a hand behind his back. So of course he's not going to churn out something as good as what he can really do with the time and equipment necessary.

Jango Fett is a much better character than Boba Fett in my opinion.

Jango had an actual character in Episode 2. Boba was a glorified extra & had ZERO character in the Original trilogy.

Jango was a badass bounty hunter who trained a cloned army, and his own son to continue his legacy, and he actually did something besides just standing there unlike Boba Fett.

Honestly, I think his not being Mandalorian makes him more interesting. If he were a Mando, then any badassery from him would be the result of being Mandalorian, not being Jango. With him not being a Mando, it means that every instance of his being badass is because he achieved it on his own.

I feel like they just added Konstantine in that episode because they needed conflict of some kind, but the true purpose of the episode was to introduce the beginning of the Alliance. It wasn't a great episode in that sense, but was necessary to the overall plot of this season.
