Teen Titans (2003) vs Teen Titans Go (2013)

Who wins?

TTG have toon force, but they're prone to fuck ups. They're also willing to kill, cheat and generally be ruthless. Hell, they've become villains a couple times. TTG raven and starfire are a lot stronger than their 2003 versions as well.

Teen Titans are more skilled and they have the advantage of being admired by the TTG cast. Their Robin is more reliable and respected, generally smarter and quicker thinking. However they're more grounded in reality and have a stronger moral code.

I think TTG would stomp the Teen Titans desu.

While there were slightly more original cartoons in the first years, keep in mind that a bunch of those on the left were mediocre at best, like Cow and Chicken, ML&O and Robot Jones. Also, the left comprises more years and more cartoons from those years, while the right takes only the most recent and topical ones, We Bare Bears for example is completely omitted.
Last but not least, the left's pic is one big art that groups the characters together, while the right one is just a bunch of standard poses sloppily mashed together.
