Some do, others don't. Recent lore book reveals that the Underworld is actually the Underground of Mewni. Everything beneath the Mewni castle sewers is the Underworld, and under the control of the Lucitors, the demon royal family. The Blood Moon isn't what makes them like each other, it just binds them and connects them. Think of it more like before, they could fall in love, but now they're full on soulmates. Which makes sense, since this show is partially based on Sailor Moon, where the main pairing were bound together in a similar way, where they would always find each other and fall in love again no matter how many times they were reborn.

I know this is going to sound weird, but am I the only person who likes the super awkward episodes? The season Finale, Just Friends, and Bonbon are some of my favorite episodes.

I know I'm of the unpopular opinion here, but Star is like, in love with Marco. Not a silly crush or anything, she is balls to the wall in love with him.

However, I don't think Marco loves her. I think he likes her, but I don't think he's gone through the development of actually being IN love with her. Which is why I think the season finale was so well done. He struggled to even say anything back to her after she confessed, but as soon as he rushed to the room, he was devastated. Why?

Other than "cute and perfect" daydreaming, they always have these awkward conversations that don't feel natural at all when it comes to romance. Their friendship game is top notch, but their romantic game is top garbage. One can argue because they are teenagers, but so far Jackie and Marco have some really good romance chemistry and sparks going on.

It might be too early since we have two more seasons, and that's a fair point. I seriously hope the writers will step up their game and give us something that will melt hearts.

It doesn't have to be something groundbreaking, a simple gesture like placing your palm on someone's cheek or tell them something that comes deep from one's heart.

So yeah, Starco might be "cute and perfect", but it's mostly due to people fantasizing the outcome, however we are far from it in the show.
