The thing that makes me think Chris isn't involved is that I feel like they'd take the chance to remind people he existed while doing the multiverse arc since they went to an Earth with him but instead it was just kind of avoided which suggests that they don't want to deal with him.

After thinking about it the Jon theory is starting to make more sense to me.

Oz's esacapee: Superbro (memory wiped and possibly depoweres do to his "death") or somebody fucking random if Clark ends up being Superbro

I don't think Clark or the escapee are necessarily the ones who "took" Jon but I'm pretty sure the memories coming back to Clark have caused some kind of temporal fuckery which is flickering out some of Superdads history starting with the newest weakest links which are Jon and their Hamilton home. This theory lends more to the possibility of Clark being Superbro but doesn't completely sell it. If Superbro was the prisoner than just him escaping might be causing the temporal fuckery.

This all just my speculation.

I know they're going to do the whole Superman red/blue merge bit so Superbro is going to be involved but they are foreshadowing Prime way too hard for him not to be involved too.

Also I think Oz is either Ozymandias like common theory says, or he might be the Time Trapper.
