I loved Chowder, though I liked the era where Dexter's Laboratory and Powerpuff Girls were playing a ton on the network

Chowder came in too late to be the peak. It came on Cn at the time where Stuart Snyder became president, Out of Jimmy's head was airing, and they replaced the cool-looking TOM on Toonami with some stupid soccerball-faced TOM.
