Back when he answered questions on Formspring, he answers them like he had a say on story decisions for certain shows, even though he only worked as an art supervisor. He had some pull, but nowhere as much as he liked to pretend.

I certainly love his designs on TFA. His style has influenced me quite a bit.

I think he's an excellent character designer and artist, love his stuff, though his character turnarounds always tend to look really iffy.
