He's this fantastically jovial, avuncular, stone cold motherfucker of an ex-ghetto rat who pretty much gives no fucks about anyone. He heavily, heavily plays up the dumb hood nigger aspect, but he's actually smart as fuck, and he can give the Punisher a run for his money in sheer brutal killing ability.

It's one of the best stories in Punisher Max, honestly. He's charismatic, is what he is.
