I'm curious what they're gonna do, the way I see it there are 3 options:

1) Kill Defacer and the baby/miscarriage - This has a lot of obvious drawbacks and would legitimize any complaints about "fridging." It's also a territory DC probably doesn't want to touch with a 10 foot pole

2) Dick's child is born - definitely the choice with the most permanent and severe consequences. If they go this route then all of Dick's stories from her on out become recontextualized and limit the kinds of stories you can tell.
