It's a little hard to get into if you're annoyed by puppetry, but you get used to it really quick and you stop seeing the puppets as puppets and just how characters look

Sharing the title with SG-1, it's the best sci-fi/humour show out there

Man, does the humor of GotG not work for anyone else?

I usually find MCU movies funny too (well, except AoU), but for some reason Gunn's sense of humor just doesn't work for me. Felt the same way about Deadpool and everyone else was raving about how funny that was too.

Yes it's a little weird (but not nowhere near as weird as Lexx was) but it's so much fun you just learn to roll with it. Watching John Crichton go from "fish out of water human" to "PTSD-riddled fuck this I'm a space badass now human" is glorious.

(Also the waifu's ain't bad either, even the more disturbing why-boners...)
